Fox shows his egalitarianism– both Adam and Eve are sinners – by writing that Adam lost his habitation but Eve lost the righteousness the law, and the Power of God. On the other hand Adam was in the Fall and trouble and curse, all deceitful teachings, ways and worships are his lot. 71

God Almighty preserve you that you may spread his blessed Truth abroad, and answer it in all people. Amen
How can all the problems of the world be healed?
First answer, that of God in everyone. Second believe in the Light who is Jesus Christ who enlightens everyone – even those who have sinned. He has done this through the power of the Gospel. He brings life and Immortality and Unity. We see Him, our Savior, who reconciles us to God and to one another.
To find the God or the Good within every person the truth and goodness within one person speaks to the truth and goodness in the other person. We can understand others, have empathy with them, respond to that which is equal, just, and true in ourselves and in every other person. We are courteous and show respect for the other person. This is one of our most important jobs.
No matter what our social and economic position is in this life, we treat all people justly according to that of God in them. We loathe deceit and live in the righteous life and Power of God. If we are in business, we speak the truth. We must wrong no one, deal honestly with everyone, keep our word, keep accurate accounts, use just weights and measures.
FIND THE GOD WITHIN EACH PERSON
Answering, which means to find the God or the Good within every person, is one of life’s major purposes. We can witness too, and answer the peace and goodness in everyone. Friends should behave toward others by answering that of God in others and witnessing to the life of God in themselves. Even captives, persons in prison, have the responsibility of answering that of God in others.
Fox also believes that each of us has authority from God to know His Power which will never be shaken nor changed. We should answer the witness of God in everyone through this authority. We can also understand the power and authority of darkness through Him. To make this all work God gives us the gift of the Power of an endless life, to live with Him forever.
Friends are to spread God’s blessed Truth abroad, and answer it in all people; they are to walk cheerfully over the world, answering that of God in everyone. Friends should answer the Light and Truth in every man and woman, especially those who are oppressed. We are to spread the Truth abroad, answering that of God in everyone.
The problems in the world can be solved, Fox believes, if we answer and witness to the God and the good within everyone. All sinners must be brought to this power; all must see the good in themselves and in others.
They are to answer the Truth in all, both king and prince. For what do they know. Before the world was made, God may have decided to set them right where they are to preach by their lives and good conversation. Their lives are to shine and they are to be good examples. 420

BABES IN CHRIST
Babes in Christ are Friends, born again of the immortal Seed.
We should bow down to nothing but the Lord God.
Fox uses the term Babes as an endearing greeting : All my dear Babes, Dear hearts and Babes of Christ, wait to feed on the immortal food, and walk in the Truth.
In this greeting Fox shows both his great affection for Friends and his confidence in God’s protection: All my dear brethren, babes of God, who are in the arms of the Almighty.
Babes are only to participate in spiritual warfare.
When Fox uses the name Babes for Friends it means innocence and purity. The pure Babe, the Friend, is born in the virgin mind, the pure innocent mind, turned inward to God and away from the world. The Babes food – Christ, the Light – nourishes up to eternal life. The Babe is born again. (This is the Quaker version of being born again.)
These Babes are presented with heavenly Wisdom from above, from the pure, living God, and not from the devil who is of the earth. If we hate the Light, it means our minds are turned outward to the world, not inward to God. Friends with the old nature – before we have turned inward to God – hear but with an evil mind. We can’t understand for we are concentrated on the things of the world, not on the heavenly message. This keeps us from seeing God clearly. The reward for those who do serve the pure God night and day is to enjoy Peace which has no end.
Babes heed the True Light Christ.
Living, immortal babes have their food from the God of Life and are preserved in His Power.
Feed upon the Milk of the Word, you Babes So as new born babes desire the sincere milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby.
Sometimes he uses the word babes for infants.
Fox admonishes "Let not the Mouths of Babes and Sucklings be stopped."
